An Act related to MCAS Exemption.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1D of Chapter 69 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is amended by inserting after the word “program” in line 121 the following: provided the Board additionally shall establish competency exemptions for students with mental or physical ailments.
