An Act authorizing the granting of one additional license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages, not to be drunk on the premises, in the city of Methuen.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. (a) Notwithstanding Section 17 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, the
Local licensing authority of the City of Methuen may grant one additional license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not be drunk on the premises, pursuant to Section 15 of Chapter 138 to Liban D’Or, LLC located at 45 Hampshire Street in the City of Methuen, Massachusetts. The license shall be subject to all said Chapter 38 except said Section 17.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage
