An Act designating a certain pavilion shelter on the Esplanade in the city of Boston as the Priebatsch Pavilion.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. The permanent dockside pavilion shelter located at Community Boating on the Esplanade in the city of Boston shall be designated and known as the “Priebatsch Pavilion” in recognition of the time and resources the late Norman Priebatsch and his family have dedicated to Community Boating on the Esplanade.
Section 2. After consultation with the department of conservation and recreation, Community Boating Inc. may erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
