An Act relative to affordable rental housing.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1: Subsection (a)(9) of section 3B of Chapter 62 is hereby amended by striking “$3,000” and inserting in its place “$4,000”
