An Act designating a certain bridge in the city of Woburn as the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The bridge numbered W-43-017 on New Boston Street, crossing over the MBTA railroad tracks, respectfully, in the city of Woburn shall be designated and known as the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge. The division of highways within the Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing this designation in compliance with the standards of the department, which shall state, in addition to the designation, that “The Commonwealth recognizes its Vietnam veterans and gratefully dedicates this bridge in their honor, as a testament to their service to their country.”
