An Act to amend the charter of the city of Greenfield.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Article 6, Section 11, Subsection (d) of the charter of the City of Greenfield, which is on file in the office of the archivist of the commonwealth as provided in section 12 of chapter 43B of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the words “men and women” and inserting in its place thereof, the following word: - employees.
SECTION 2. Said subsection is hereby further amended by striking out the words “Civil Service Law” and inserting in its place thereof, the following words: - collective bargaining agreements and applicable.
SECTION 2. Article 7, Section 7-8, Subsection (a) of said charter is hereby amended by inserting after the word “approve” the following words: - of any measure.
