An Act designating a certain bridge as the Corporal Orie D.W Sampson Jr. Memorial Bridge.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The Station Avenue Overpass in the town of Yarmouth, bridge number, shall be designated and known as the Corporal Orie D.W Sampson Jr. Memorial Bridge.
SECTION 2. The Department of Transportation shall elect and maintain suitable markers bearing said designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
