An Act relative to the use of pesticides on cannabis.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 6 of Chapter 132B of the Massachusetts General Laws, shall be amended by adding the following:-

Biopesticides for control of mold, mildew and pests on cannabis may be applied when consistent with federal labeling applicable to flowering plants and food products.
