An Act relative to creditable service for Susan Floyd.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement Board shall grant creditable service to Susan Floyd in an amount equal to ten years of creditable service. This shall be in addition to other earned creditable service.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
