An Act relative to licensing board membership.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1: Section 4 of chapter 138, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in lines 8-10, the following sentence:- “One member shall be appointed from each of the two leading political parties and the third member may also be appointed from one of said parties.”
