An Act amending the charter of the Town of North Andover Town Meeting Warrant Posting.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The charter of the town of North Andover, which is on file in the office of the archivist of the commonwealth, as provided in section 12 of chapter 43B of the General Laws, is hereby amended in section 2-2-3 of chapter 2 by striking out the words “public place in every precinct” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- on the Town website, Town Hall, the public library, the senior center and the police station.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
