An Act regarding school pupil transportation services.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 44 of the General Laws as appearing in Chapter 44, Section (53 F1/2) is amended by adding in line 47, the following:
Furthermore, a city or town which has accepted the provisions of this section may in addition designate an Enterprise Fund under the control of the school committee for pupil transportation services.
