In the One Hundred and Ninety-First General Court

An Act relative to the board of selectmen in the town of Erving.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law, bylaw of the Town or rules and regulations to the contrary, the executive body of the Town of Erving, previously known as the Board of Selectmen, shall be known as the Select Board, and shall have the powers and authority of a Board of Selectmen under any general or special laws, bylaws of the Town or rules and regulations applicable thereto.
This act shall take effect upon its passage.
