An Act to allow Roll On America to connect into the Leominster water system.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the city of Leominster is hereby authorized to supply and sell water to the property of New England Fun Center, doing business as Roll On America, located at 90 Duval Road in the town of Lancaster.
The act shall take effect upon its passage.
