An Act allowing the town of Wakefield to employ retired police officers as special police officers.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The Town of Wakefield may employ retired Police Officers as Special Police Officers for the purposes of performing Police detail work through the age of 68 and will not subject these special police officers to the sections 100 and111F of Chapter 41 of the General Laws or suject to Section 85H of Chapter 32 of the General Laws.
