An Act amending the charter of the town of Lynnfield.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. The charter of the town of Lynnfield, which is on file in the office of the archivist of the commonwealth as provided in section 12 of chapter 43B of the General Laws, and which was most recently amended by Chapter 173 of the Acts of 2017, is hereby further amended by striking out the words "Selectmen” and "Board of Selectmen", each time they appear, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- "Select Board", and by striking out the word "Chairman", each time it appears, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the word “Chair".
Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
