An Act authorizing the town of Dunstable to convey certain land to the Evangelical Church of Dunstable.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The board of selectmen of the town of Dunstable may convey by sale, easement, license or otherwise, to the Evangelical Church of Dunstable, all or a portion of an area of land of approximately 8,274 square feet currently held by the town of Dunstable as part of the town common and shown on a sketch plan entitled “Plan of Land 516 Main Street, Dunstable, Massachusetts” on file in the Dunstable town clerk’s office, and said land is a portion of the land acquired by deed recorded with the Middlesex North registry of deeds in book 2071, page 346.
