An Act relative to the historic districts commission in the town of Lexington.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The first sentence of the first paragraph section 4 of chapter 447 of the acts of 1956 is hereby amended by striking out the words "Arts and Crafts Society, Inc." and inserting in place thereof the following words:- Chamber of Commerce.
SECTION 2. The second sentence of said first paragraph said section 4 of said chapter 447 is hereby amended by striking out the words "Arts and Crafts Society, Inc." and inserting in place thereof the following words:- Chamber of Commerce.
SECTION 3. The first sentence of the second paragraph of said section 4 of said chapter 447 is hereby amended by striking out the words "and a secretary".
