An Act providing for alcoholic beverage licenses in the town of Dunstable.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding sections 11 and 11A of chapter 138 of the General Laws, the town of Dunstable may, subject to section 17 of said chapter 138, provide for the issuance of alcoholic beverage licenses in the town of Dunstable to be drunk on the premises pursuant to section 12 of chapter 138, and for off-premises consumption pursuant to section 15 of said chapter 138.  Licenses issued pursuant to this section, and the issuance thereof, shall be subject to all of chapter 138 except sections 11 and 11A.
