An Act relative to the abolishment of the board of police in the city of Fall River.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1: Section three of Chapter one of the acts of nineteen hundred eighty-six is hereby repealed.
Section 2: This act shall take effect upon its enactment.
