An Act relative to state employee municipal campaign finance laws.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 13 of chapter 55 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “any political purpose whatsoever” the following words:- for legislative and statewide elections.
