An Act relative to underground storage tanks.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 5 of Chapter 21O of the general laws is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (4) the following:

a)Any such corrective action may include but is not limited to financial reimbursement to the owners of a negatively impacted property who have sustained assessable financial damage due to negligent release;

SECTION 2. This legislation shall pertain to any and all properties undergoing remediation through the 21J fund at the time of enactment.
