An Act related to the budget of the MA Department of Marine Fisheries.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Not withstanding any state law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Department of Marine Fishery's yearly operating budget shall be funded based on a formula in proportion to the loss or gain of revenue of the commercial fishing industry which are meeting the regulations of the MA Department of Marine Fisheries.
