An Act to increase limits of liability bonds and policies to protect consumers involved in motor vehicle collisions.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 34A of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 57 and 102, the word “twenty” and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following figure:- 50.
SECTION 2. Section 34A of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 59 and 104, the word “forty” and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following figure:- 100.
