An Act to provide reverse mortgages on co-op apartments.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 7 of chapter 167E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 5, by inserting after the word “families” the following words:- or to the resident of a cooperative unit.
