An Act providing for certain fees for airport commissions.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 10 of chapter 159A½ of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “Authority”, in line 3, the following words:– and any airport commission established pursuant to sections 39G or 51E of chapter 90.
