An Act Taking of land and water.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

10% of the land and waterways of the Commonwealth that have gone unsold, vacant or abandoned within a 12-month period is reclaimed and provided unlimited protection, accommodation, publication and maintenance regarding housing and registry of deeds.

To be timely signed and concluded by the General Court as law and supported order of the Constitution of the Commonwealth before May 1, 2019 and to take effect on June 1, 2019.  [$unlimited]
