An Act relative to DCR Retained Revenue.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
moves to amend Chapter 133 of the Acts of 2016, in line 12 of item 2810-2042, by inserting after the words "aforementioned fees;" the following: "provided further, that youth permit fees shall not be included in this section".
