An Act relative to the edible crab fishery.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 40 of chapter 130 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the section in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
