An Act relative to Ronald Muns.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 91A of chapter 32 of the General Laws, Ronald Muns, a retiree of the Springfield retirement board, shall have all amounts owed to the board for overearnings, which accrued prior to July 1, 2019, waived by the board.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
