An Act relative to the civil service hiring of surviving dependents.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Said section 26 of Chapter 31 of the General Laws is hereby amended in the seventh paragraph of said section by inserting in subsection (ii), after the word "person", the following:- "or as the result of an motor vehicle crash while on duty and operating a department vehicle,"
