An Act relative to clinical laboratory testing.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 8 of chapter 111D of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 22 after the words “upon the written request of” the following:- the person from whose body the specimen was derived.
