An Act relative to a Micro-Business stimulus package COVID-19 pandemic.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
This legislation will provide $15,000 grant subsidy to micro-business owners across the commonwealth who have under 5 employees and sales from 2018 taxes that did not generate over $200,000 in revenue.
75% of the grant must be used for direct payment to employees compensation and 25% for small business general operational losses towards goods and services during the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.
