An Act relative to PACE programs and nurse pronouncement.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 9 of Chapter 46 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in the 3rd paragraph in line 22 after “who resides in a certified nursing home” the following words- “or who is enrolled in a PACE program as defined in 42 U.S. Code § 1396u–4” and by inserting in line 26 after “or a nursing home” the following words- “or a PACE program.”
