An Act extending vote by mail options for municipal elections.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 92 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by striking out the words “June 30, 2020” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- December 31, 2021, or until such time as the COVID-19 state of emergency is lifted.
SECTION 2. Section 2 of chapter 92 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by striking out the words “August 1, 2020” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- December 31, 2021, or until such time as the COVID-19 state of emergency is lifted.”
