An Act relative to the permanent intermittent police force for the city of Methuen.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 201 of the acts of 1945 is hereby repealed pending the receipt of a Home Rule Petition from the city of Methuen so indicating.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
