An Act relative to TNC driver suitability.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of chapter 159A1/2, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by by striking out in subsection (b) subclause (iv) the following words:- “(4) felony robbery; or (5) felony fraud; and” and inserting in place thereof the following: “or (4) felony robbery; and”
SECTION 2. Said section, as so appearing, is hereby further amended in subsection (b) by adding the following new subclause at the end thereof:- (ix) A conviction for felony fraud shall not result in a negative determination of suitability.
SECTION 3. Said section, as so appearing, is hereby further amended in subsection (b) by adding the following new subclause at the end thereof:- (x) If the final disposition of an offense was as a continuance without a finding, the offense shall not result in a negative determination of suitability.
