An Act relative to marijuana zoning.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5 of chapter 40A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof, the following words:- “Provided, further that no establishment that cultivates, distributes, or sells marijuana products may be permitted within 500 feet of a church, synagogue temple, or place of worship,"
