An Act relative to host community agreements.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 94G of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 25 of chapter 55 of the acts of 2017, is hereby amended in the first sentence of subsection (d) by striking out the word “A” the first time it appears and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “Unless otherwise determined by the commission, a”.
SECTION 2. Said section 3 of chapter 94G of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby further amended in the first sentence of subsection (d) by striking out the words “, but not limited to,”.
SECTION 3. Subsection (d) of said section 3 of chapter 94G of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by adding the following sentence:- “The commission shall issue regulations governing host community agreements and may review, regulate, and enforce any host community agreement under this section.”.
