SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 61A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the word "trees", in line 4, the following words:- ", marijuana or marijuana products"
SECTION 2. Section 4 of chapter 94G of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 26 of chapter 55 of the acts of 2017, is hereby amended in subsection (a) by striking the words “and (xxviii)” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “(xxviii) make or receive records to be maintained as public records under section 10 of chapter 66, except that records shall be exempt from the mandatory disclosure requirement under chapter 66 when necessary for protecting trade secrets, confidential, financial or other proprietary information when the commission determines that such disclosure will adversely affect its ability to conduct business under this chapter or if such information is deemed by the commission, in its discretion, to be privileged or confidential; and (xxix)”.
