An Act relative to the growth of hemp.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1: Section 2 of Chapter 61A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 4 after the word “tobacco” the following words:- “hemp as defined in section 116 of chapter 128,”.
