An Act allowing increased data access in opiate overdose reports.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The first sentence of the second paragraph of section 1 of chapter 55 of the Acts of 2015 is hereby amended by inserting after the word “protection” the following words:- “, the department of revenue”.

SECTION 2. The first sentence of the second paragraph of section 1 of chapter 55 of the Acts of 2015 is hereby amended by inserting after the words “information database” the following words:- “; income data”.
