An Act relative to the Burncoat Pond Watershed District.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Spencer shall not be a part of the Burncoat Pond Watershed District established by Chapter 287 of the Acts of 1998.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its enactment.
