An Act expanding care for medically underserved areas of the commonwealth.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 25N of chapter 111N of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the second paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:-

Each recipient shall be required to enter into a contract with the commonwealth which shall obligate the recipient to perform a term of service of not less than 2 years in or serving medically underserved areas as determined by the center.
