An Act relative to inmate telephone calls.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 127 of the Massachusetts General Laws of 2016 is hereby amended by adding the following new section:--
Section 87A. Telephone services shall be provided to prisoners in department of correction facilities and county houses of correction at no cost to the prisoners or the receiving parties.
