An Act providing fairness for employees of District Attorneys.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (g) of section 3 of chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by inserting in the fifth paragraph, after the words "assistant district attorneys who have been employed in such capacity for ten years or more" the following:- "investigators who have been employed in such capacity for ten years or more"
