An Act relative to retirement benefits for municipal natural resource officers in Barnstable County.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “recreational motor vehicles”, in line 289, the following words:- “; natural resource officers and supervisors employed by a municipality in Barnstable County and having duties similar to a law enforcement officer of the department of fisheries, wildlife and recreational vehicles"
