An Act relative to the composition of the Group Insurance Commission.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 32A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in line 5 the words “and 13 members” and inserting in place thereof, the following words:- the president of the Retired State, County and Municipal Employees Association of Massachusetts or a designee, and 12 members.
