An Act relative to firefighter training.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end of Section 91 the following paragraph:-
(f) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs (a) to (d) inclusive, a retired firefighter may be employed by the Department of Fire Services in any capacity in excess of 960 hours.
