An Act relative to the senior circuit breaker tax credit.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 6 of Chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 420, after the words “social security” the following words:-  minus any contributions to Medicare premiums
